Shipping Information

We ship all orders from the United States via USPS.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Our ritual tins are compact and lightweight (2 oz, 3.5" x 2.5" x 0.8") and are designed to ship in a standard envelope or small flat-rate mailer, keeping your shipping costs low.

Delivery times vary by location but are generally 3–7 business days for domestic orders.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. We will do our best to assist you.
