Due to the nature of our products, all sales at Moonbow Apothecary & Emporium are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any ritual kits, mojo bags, spell kits, or apothecary items.

We take great care in packaging every order, and each item is inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right.
